LAB RISING.
BUILT IN THE OFFSEASON.
The offseason is where baseball players get better. The LAB Rising Development Program is built for 6th–8th grade athletes who want a stronger foundation and want to enter next season more confident, athletic, and prepared.
Small-group training limited to 10 athletes — every player gets meaningful instruction and plenty of quality reps.
Program Details
Per athlete · Paid in one lump sum at registration
One payment covers the entire fall training session.


What We'll Work On
FIVE PILLARS. ONE FOUNDATION.
Hitting Development
Swing mechanics, bat path, timing, approach, and quality at-bats.
Pitching & Throwing
Throwing mechanics, pitching fundamentals, arm development, and efficient movement.
Athletic Movement
Coordination, mobility, movement quality, and baseball-specific athleticism.
Strength & Mobility
Age-appropriate lifting fundamentals, foundational strength, mobility, core stability, and movement prep.
Competitive Reps
Players compete, apply what they're learning, and develop through game-like situations.

When registering, families select the night that works best for their athlete. We'll choose the training night based on the strongest overall enrollment.

The goal isn't to pack the facility with athletes. It's to create an environment where every player gets coached, gets reps, and gets better.
Build the foundation now. Be ready when the season starts.
